DBV DN400 5K Concentric Butterfly Valve
We are pleased to introduce our latest product, DN400 5K Aluminum Bronze Concentric Butterfly Valve, now available from DBV Valve Co.. This innovative valve design is a versatile solution for many different applications, and we are confident that it will meet the need of our customers in a wide range of industries.
The disc material of this concentric butterfly valve is C95800, which is aluminium bronze. ASTM B148 C95800 this aluminium bronze alloy contains iron, nickel and manganese, resulting in high strength, good wear and corrosion resistance, and is used for relatively high strength screws, nuts, bronze sleeves, sealing rings, etc.
The aluminium bronze butterfly valve has a top entry structure, which reduces the connection bolts of the valve body itself under high pressure and large diameter conditions, enhancing the reliability of the valve and overcoming the influence of the system's self-weight on the normal work of the valve. This ensures the overall reliability of the butterfly valve in terms of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance and wear resistance.The wafer ype concentric butterfly valve ensures tight sealing protection against two-directional pressure differentials.
